Dr. Bernard Seif answered

Specializes in Clinical Psychology

Mental Health: You can seek a referral from your primary care doctor. You can also contact your state psychological association who will likely give you three names to check out. Peace and good health.

Hard to know/basics: Your post provides no information on what country you reside in or what services you seek. If you are in the US & insured, most ID cards have mental health referral information on the back. If not their site would. If uninsured many cities have MHMR centers that work with the public to screen & treat as needed. A primary care doc or clinic would have access to local referral sources.
