Many possibilities: If a teen has headaches, nausea, and tummy aches bad enough to worry her or her parents, the teen should to see her doctor. For example, these symptoms can be viral (may be influenza or a stomach virus). Symptoms also can be from a strep throat or bacterial gastrointestinal infection... which means the teen may need antibiotics to stop the bacteria causing the infection, IF the cause is bacterial.
