Is it from the nose: If you are talking about nasal discharge in an otherwise healthy child, it can be sinusitis and may need antibiotics to hasten recovery, meanwhile saline nasal washes would help till you see a doctor. If from the bowels, you better check with the pediatrician . Wish you and your child wellness
