ABdominal pain: Pain in your stomach can be for multiple possibilities. A common cause for stomach pain is gastritis or gastroenteritis. However, reflux, ulcer, possible. Pancreatitis, hepatitis or gallbladder a possibility too. A kidney infection can sometime present as abdominal pain.
