IUD ?'s: IUD's can shift position with uterine contractions, so have the position of the IUD checked by your gyn physician. IUD's out of position also do not protect as well against pregnancy. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain, as some pregnancies can occur outside the uterus (ectopic) and need immediate attention.
