My son has leg pain that is worsening behind his right knee. his x-ray was clear (done about 1month ago) but there is now redness which is tender to the touch. i am not sure what the problem is?

Skin infection : He has a possible skin infection and may need antibiotics, please see your pediatrician. Keep the area clea,dry and watch for signs of worsening.
