Lumpness that's going into my leg?

Exam needed: In view of the right sided abdominal discomfort with associated tenderness, you should be promptly examined as appendicitis is always a concern. Other possibilities include pelvic inflammatory disease, gall bladder inflammation or, if this is a chronic situation, gluten or lactose intolerance. If no acute process is found and your symptoms are chronic, consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation.
