Be concerned: dysfunctional bleeding requires a GYN exam. If you are new to BC pills, you may need an adjustment; however if not taking female hormones, you will need a GYN exam, blood testing ad pregnancy testing if not protected and sexually active. Cannotbe diagnosed online.
