PICA syndrome?? : The posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA), the largest branch of the vertebral artery, is one of the three main arterial blood supplies for the cerebellum, part of the brain. In itself it is common and should not have symptoms; however, it is not uncommon to develop an aneurysm, or to form a clot in this area, which then can cause symptoms.
