There may be : There may be a reason for the hot flashes, the most notable is entry into premature menopause. This can be detected bu a GYN MD monitoring a FSH level among others. A less common reason is thyroid gland dysfunction which also can be blood tested. (TSH, etc.) and high blood pressure. See a GYN MD soon.
