I notice a grinding sound in lower back when twisting or leaning to one side. It only seems to be when i turn to my left, mainly when sitting. No pain?
I have scoliosis upper and lower. I heard a loud cracking grinding almost sounds like the bone broke in my lower back 2 times now. Once the other day then just now. My back hurts and it hurts to Bend Or squat. Or lean or shift. Could my back be broke?
