My periods been late for two weeks i took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. today i went to the bathroom had a little spotting so i thought it was my period, but i just went again and its gone. should i have any worries?

Test limitations: Some of the over the counter pregnancy tests are not very sensitive & can give a false negative result, especially early in pregnancy. However, most would be positive by the time menses is expected. Some women occasionally skip a cycle or two even if they are usually quite regular. You can also retest or have a blood test run.
