Not pregnant: Sperm need to enter the vagina to become pregnant. Without presence of sperm, pregnancy won't occur.

Looks pregnant ????: The usual pregnancy does not begin to show until 4 months, not 4-10 wks. If you are bloated it is likely gas and loose belly muscles. Pregnancy requires that a sperm unite with a fertile egg. Your symptoms are likely something else. If you want to do a urine pregnancy test they are available at most dollar stores. They would be positive at 2-3 weeks into a pregnancy.
