Headache: First control the thyroid problem. Although thyroiditis can be an underlying problem to make you more prone to headache, headache in people who have thryoiditis are still headaches. Headaches can be tension, sinus pressure, migraine. The headache should be addressed and then appropriate recommendations can be made.
