It's safe...: You did not say how far along you are in your pregnancy or if this tooth is infected or painful. There should be no issues with the extraction or local anesthetic. The problem with waiting a long time with an infected tooth is that the infection can spread. That could become an issue. Your dentist will consult with your OBGYN

Safe: Considerably safer than leaving a source of infection untreated. If the tooth is infected, it should be removed, for your health and your babies health. Ask the Dentist or Dental Specialist to confirm with your OBGyn.
