My 3 year son ringworms look worse after antibiotics?

Ringworm? Abx: Ringworm if that is the true diagnosis is treated by anti-fungals, often in cream form. If it was the correct label & anti-fungals were used then the rash may be a skin condition that mimics ringworm but is not. Only a proper in person exam could sort this out.
