Right flank pain?'s: "Right lower flank pain" may be caused by ovarian cysts in the right ovary. See your gyn physician for a pelvic ultrasound and exam, as other causes may exist. Discuss low dose oral bcp's (if no contraindications) as an alternative to repetition of this pain if the U/S is positive.
