Gastritis?: If you experience frequent indigestion; eat smaller meals more often to help ease the effects of stomach acid. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty. Avoid alcohol since it will irritate the mucous lining of your stomach and try to cut down the consumption of ultra-processed products if there's no improvement please see your doctor.
