Provera ?'s: The bleeding from a course of 10 mg per day of Provera should begin within the 10 days after stopping the Provera. If this does not occur, you might want to ask your gyn physician about "Prometrium" which is 100 mg per day and sometimes more effective in causing withdrawal bleeding. Cycles after age 35 can be longer, reflecting delays in ovulation.
