Slight risk: The drug manufacturer notes that there is a higher risk of pregnancy with each pill missed. With that said, the instructions are: (as long as there’s only been ONE missed dose) take the missed pill as soon as remembered and then to take the next dose at the normal time. The manufacturer says there’s no need to use a back-up birth control method of birth control if *only* one dose has been missed.
