Some basics: Bleeding from your penis is an indication of tissue injury. If bright red it suggests it is from the lower urinary tract from the bladder down through the outlet. You may have triggered this with your masturbation or it may be unrelated. Stop for a while & if it clears it may self heal. If it persists more than a day or so get in for an evaluation.
