Impingement syndrome: You may be experiencing nerve irritation. A full shoulder evaluation may be needed with imaging to rule out other causes including rotator cuff syndrome, bursitis, tendonitis, etc. Depending on the diagnosis, the treatment may include rest, NSAIDs, cortisone, physical therapy.
