A member asked:

I stopped using contraception in dec, been trying to get pregnant but i end up getting my periods twice a month instead is there something i should do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Contraception method: Usually after interrupting any hormonal method of contraception, women could present irregular bleeding that lasts a couple of days in their first cycle after interrupting the method or it can take some months; some women even need a whole year. I'd recommend to go to your gynecologist if bleeding profusely, having concerns due to other symptoms or trying for over a year to get pregnant.
