A member asked:

Can i take pt today its been 10days since my last unprotected intercourse, i can't wait to delay my mens i want to know it already?

Sure, but...: A urine pregnancy test done correctly will give a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after possible conception) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test a week later. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and the test is not needed.
