Tke baby to doctor: What is age of baby? If baby less 12 monhts any not feeding well and change of temprerature is concern. baby shoud be seen in hospital and rule out serious infection. make sure baby keep hydrated - best breatfeeding. Do not wait go to doctor as soon as posible .
