Rheumatoid: You may have seronegative rheumatoid arthritis and now, ankylosing spondylitis setting in. If you already have a rheumatologist get evaluated for this new back symptom and appropriate testing and treatment will be ordered. If you don't have a rheumatologist, consult one.
