A member asked:

Why wouldnt i feel hot, when its hot outside?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Variables: The normal human human body temp is 98.6 and we all live in that temperature zone;however, variables , such as humidity, wind, etc. could theoretically be factors. You may be genetically programmed to be normothermic and it depends on how "hot" it is outside ( in Fahrenheit). It would be strane for you not to feel temperature greater than 100.
