Not normal: By definition, PMS happens in the week or less before your period. If your symptoms are all month and bothering you, you should see your doctor.

Probably: It is not unheard of for premenstrual mood sympotms to generalized to a more pervasive mood problem. Treatment would be very similar. definitely worth seeing a psychiatrist for to access and possible treat the symptoms
