Avoid use: I suggest avoiding any possible ingestion of peppermint oil & other essential oils during pregnancy. There simply is not enough research to support that this is safe for your baby. It's possible peppermint oil can trigger menstruation which is dangerous for a pregnant woman. I hope for good health for you & your baby!
