Wart? Molluscum?: Molluscum contagiosum is a minor viral infection that does this, especially if bump is pink and shiny, or with a dimple in the center; or if others occur soon. At your age, MC usually is sexually trnasmitted, if sexually active. Genital wart also is possible, but usually not red in color. Several other things also could do this. You need to see a doctor soon for examination and testing.
