T1-2 herniation: Consider the local university medical center neurosurgery department. The first issue is how severe is the herniation and if related symptoms . Not all herniation are significant enough to warrant surgery. You can find board certified neurosurgeons at https://www.aans.org/en/Patients/Find-a-Neurosurgeon Call and ask if they have done T1- T2 surgery, if surgery is needed
