Unusual : And PROBABLY not serious unless there are other signs or symptoms, such as infection. Certainly you should stop smoking if you happen to, and if there is ANY rash or irritation at all for example when you urinate, get checked for diabetes and infections. Good luck.

Penile vibration: Any low back pain or sciatica/ buttock symptoms? Piriformis syndrome? as the nerve tranverses the lower border of the piriformis muscle and is medial to the spine of the ischium . May be present if you bicycle a lot. Also consider masses/ Lymph nodes that may be pressing on nerve. Diabetes? as it may cause neuropathy. Follow up with neurology or neurosurgery
