Hi there, is jogging safe during first trimester? i was part of my routine before i conceived.

Sounds fine: Women will use common sense. If a pregnancy is normal, without complications, then doing mild to moderate exercise will not make the pregnancy any more or any less successful. A woman should stop if any pregnancy problems arise. Later in pregnancy, with the large shifts in weight and balance on the body, moderate exercise can be too much.
