"Sprintec" bcp's ?: Sprintec is a "combination bcp" containing both estrogen and a progestin. Taking any current oral bcp inconsistently will cause minor bleeding (estrogen withdrawal) which can "turn brown" with oxidation. Take your bcp's in the evening, within the hour of the previous day's active pill to prevent this, but if the discharge continues, stop and restart with a new pack in 5 days.
