A member asked:

Does clomid affect your period? my period is a lot more painful than usual after my first round of clomid.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Clomid ?'s: Clomid is used in fertility issues, to stimulate ovulation. Occasionally, more than one egg may be ovulated, causing higher levels of estrogen, and withdrawal from this level of estrogen can cause increases in both bleeding and pelvic pain with the onset of menstruation.
