Practice/build slowl: It will take time to build your stamina for running.Quick weight loss schemes rarely work and they do not have long term success. If you are serious about losing weight, you will have to be committed to a better lifestyle which includes diet control(eating less and consume less calories)and exercise daily (or at least 5 days/wk).The body/breathing requires time to adjust to more strenous exercise, .
