I am 42 male. overall wpc in normal range (3.9-4.5). in august 2018 absolute nutriphis (anc) was 1491, march 2019 anc dropped to 1290. may 2019 anc is 1175/ mpv 13.0 (h), absolute monocytes 126 (l), absolute eosinophils 504 (h). some fatigue/sweat?

Hematologist: You don't list your red cell blood count. Low ANC and low monocytes raise question of bone marrow disorders. High eosinophil levels are found in allergic disorders. In view of these findings and your symptoms, I recommend an evaluation by a hematologist. Referral to an infectious disease specialist may be recommended also.
