My 4year 10months is vomiting and the nearest hospital is far. what can i do?

Depends on severity: Normal, healthy young kids can throw up from bad food, stomach viruses, etc... A child who looks good after throwing up may just want to go to bed and rest. For example, a 4 year-old who was fine hours earlier should be able to sleep until morning without drinking, if he throws up after dinner. If a child looks quite sickly or has other worrisome symptoms, a doctor should evaluate at the ER.
