Jock itch: This is often an infestation caused by a simple fungus that triggers the classical "jock itch". I doubt it has an effect on your testis other than make you examine them more intensely. There are several over the counter anti-fungal sprays/ creams that may help but treatment takes a month or more. The stuff for foot fungus should work. If no help, see your doc.
