Effects of porn: No study has that answer. Porn has an association between - earlier sexual debut, engaging with multiple and/or occasional partners, emulating risky sexual behaviors, assimilating distorted gender roles, dysfunctional body perception, aggressiveness, anxious or depressive symptoms, compulsive pornography use. How do you think this can affect one's ability to do academics or other activities?

Totality: The fact that you are somewhat worried about this may answer your questions. I agree that there aren’t studies to answer this. However, common sense tells us that if you watch a lot of it this will take time away from your studies and may put academics much lower in your priority list.
