Go to an urologist..: The symptoms that you describe could be like the doctors said for a STD, urinary tract infection, and other stuff. It would be helpfull to know if there have been any risk sexual activity (casual, without protection, anal) - because if that is the case, could make us think also in an urethritis. Also check for urethral discharge and urinary bleeding, other symptoms like urgency, hesitation.
