I am at almost 8 weeks on 10mg citalopram. i have had both good and bad days. is the med still building in my system or is this all i can expect?

Now at dose: At this point whatever dose of citralopram you are on should be symptomatically evident. If you are not getting good effect , but not having any problems(negative SE) then your prescribed would likely increase your dose(generally 6-8 wks is the length of time it takes to be at steady state in your body
