No interaction, but: If you are taking both together to treat acne and prevent pregnancy, you have to make sure that you won't get pregnant while on roaccutane 3 months before and 6 months after stopping the roaccutane, although contraceptive pills are a reliable method to prevent pregnancy, still not 100%
