The right side of my neck has swelled up and i have an earache on both ears and an occasional headache...would this likely lead to an infection?

Yes: Infection would be most likely cause. Swelling of neck can be from mass or vascular problem.

Maybe: You may have an infection leading to swelling in your neck, you should follow up with your primary care provider within the next few days if the symptoms have not resolved and seek immediate medical care if your symptoms are getting worse including fever, stiff neck, difficulty breathing/swallowing or fainting, I hope this helps
