Possibly, yes: Receptive anal sex can damage the anal sphincter, which can cause fecal incontinence. The frequency of such problems has never been studied, but it makes sense to avoid trauma: good lubrication, avoid "fisting", preferably avoid sex toys like dildos. Of all sex practices, anal sex is highest risk for HIV: know partners' HIV status, use condoms, consider PrEP.
