Concerning: If you're truly vomiting stomach contents through your nose there would be concern for aspiration(contents going into your windpipe and lungs) and also for the reason you're continually vomiting. A harsh,nonproductive nocturnal cough could be residual from a recent upper respiratory tract infection or an asthma equivalent. For all these concerns you should be evaluated by a physician.
