Have it seen: Unless you have ultra absorbent diapers that make tracking wets hard this is an early sign of dehydration. An evaluation should be done & so interventions can be started before it gets worse.

Hydration and PCP: I would suggest giving fluids such as water, diluted apple juice or pedialyte. Your child should have moist skin,tears and saliva. Please see your PCP.
