Treatments: Apply warm applications, apply ointment like anusol or anusol with hydrocortisone. Keep stools regular and soft with fiber in diet,drinking enough fluids and taking stool softeners if needed to avoid straining at stool. For painful thrombosed hemorrhoid or nonhealing fissure see a proctologist or colorectal surgeon for treatment.
