Food Poison: If you have an acute onset of vomiting and diarrhea after eating something it’s highly possible you have a touch of food poisoning. Even if you weren’t pregnant dehydration and electrolyte abnormalities can set in rapidly. Seek care at your local urgent care or L&D triage if you can’t keep oral fluids down because you may need IV fluids. Generally this shouldn’t last long. Feel better soon.
