Sounds like: you are having some bleeding. See your PCP who may recommend an appointment with a General Surgeon who treats this condition. Prolapsed hemorrhoids unfortunately may require surgical treatment although newer less invasive treatments have been available in recent years, Hope this is helpful Dr Z
